ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice. We accept secure online payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged product upon arrival (must be reported within 48–72 hours with proof)
