Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our distribution center in Oklahoma City, OK.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Friday will be processed and shipped starting the following Monday.
Please note that order processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including holidays and peak shopping seasons, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Luxe Biochem is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Luxe Biochem is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES
